We have resolved the issue that caused temporary slowness with traffic in the western United States. All services and systems are accessible and performant again.
Team continues to monitor the fix implemented earlier and will provide an update on root cause once a permanent solution has been implemented. Project/Template cloning has returned to normal.
The team has implemented a short-term solution and is continuing to monitor the health of these background jobs. Failed job queue is returning to normal levels.
The background workers responsible for template cloning and notifications are failing periodically. This is resulting in unstable project creation. These failed jobs will be automatically retried. The team is working on a short term solution that will allow these jobs to succeed sooner.
We are currently investigating reported issues of delayed or failed project creation.
Authentication service restored and healthy.
Authentication services are failing, preventing access to the Web application. Team is working to restore the authentication service.

Storage issues on one of the EC2 hosts was preventing the docker agent from starting new containers. Starting a new instance allowed the autoscaling service to automatically start new containers and traffic has normalized.
We implemented a fix and currently monitoring the result.
We are currently investigating this incident. Some customers may experience issues accessing the GUIDEcx web services.
At approximately 9:30 PM MST a change that affected our network configuration was inadvertently applied to our environment. Once this was identified, we were able to revert the changes and resolve the issue.
We have identified the problem and we are fixing an issue with our load balancer and network configuration.
We are currently investigating this incident.
