    We are planning some minor database maintenance that will start on Nov 11, 8:00PM EST, and will be completed by 8:30PM EST. Most maintenance can be performed without downtime. However, this change does require a restart of our database servers, which will make GUIDEcx unavailable for a few minutes as the databases come back online. This maintenance is required to wrap up some data architecture projects to increase read throughput.

    Our apologies for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause your team.

    During this time, you will be unable to access the GUIDEcx web application or API services. Before maintenance takes place, please make sure you save any changes to your projects as edits will not be possible during the maintenance window.     Some users are experiencing issues with @mentioning people in a project both on the project note and task note level.

    As a workaround in the meantime, you can still add @mentions if you are editing an already submitted note.

    WORKAROUND STEPS:

    1. Submit the note
    2. Edit it and add the @mention
    3. Click Submit and whoever you @mentioned will be notified!

Some users unable to manually create new projects

    We are enhancing the Advanced Time Tracking experience to require that a billing profile be selected. As we made these changes we found that some users on the Advanced Time Tracking feature couldn't create new projects. The projects are stalling at 0%.

    The workaround for now is to add a Billing Profile AND Allotted Hours so you can successfully create new projects.

    We have identified the reason for stalled projects and will implement a fix shortly.

    Please note that in some cases a simple refresh won't do the trick. If you are receiving a 403 error then please clear your cache and cookies!
