GUIDEcx - Some users experiencing issues with @mentioning others in project/task notes – Incident details

Some users are experiencing issues with @mentioning people in a project both on the project note and task note level.

As a workaround in the meantime, you can still add @mentions if you are editing an already submitted note.

WORKAROUND STEPS:

1. Submit the note
2. Edit it and add the @mention
3. Click Submit and whoever you @mentioned will be notified!
